Unidentified Artifacts from the Battlefield(s) of Medina

The below artifacts came off of our two battle sites, but have defied our attempts to identify them. Some are obvious (buckles, for example), but their dating remains unclear. Many of them have been linked to the colonial period through XRF and/or linked by context to the colonial munitions we have found…but I won’t tell you which, so as not to bias your judgment.

We’re calling on the collective wisdom of the internet to help us positively identify these! This will help drive where we allocate resources on future field seasons. In the meantime, we’re writing up our findings for publication, which should help us raise money for future digs.
